If you currently have an active subscription on our server, we are asking that you please cancel that subscription on or before your next renewal date. You may then re-purchase that rank, or any other, on the new Buycraft store. Example, If your renewal date is August 22nd, you should wait to change until either the 21-23rd. This way, you can cancel and not lose any days you already paid for.

• How? From the enjin store ( https://ranchncraft.enjin.com/store ) scroll to the very bottom, and on the left you will see "My Subscriptions". Click on that, then simply click the cancel button and follow on screen instructions.

• Why the switch? Well, frankly, Buycraft is better. Not only for the user and his/her buying experience, and added features like gifting, savable and shareable gifcards. But also plugin and admin side. With Buycraft, were able to get things done a lot faster. Not only do we feel that those delayed or missing items will no longer be an issue, just in case, Moderators+ will now be able to see purchases (without seeing personal info), and may even be able to re execute the commands to get you your purchased digital goods.

• What do I need to do? We recommend getting a Buycraft account and linking your character to your Game Profile. Click on "Game Profiles", then "Add a Profile", click "Mojang For valid Minecraft accounts. We recommend using a UUID when adding your profile" option. Then follow on screen instructions.

• When? Well, for those with monthly ranks, now. However, for those that are getting other items are being asked to first check the Buycraft store. If it's not on there yet, then please just follow the enjin store. Trev is working as quickly as possible to get all the items moved over. Another post will be made when the switch is final.
