Buycraft

We have finally made the switch from enjin store to Buycraft. As mentioned in the previous post, The entire purchase system has changed and that means Moderators+ are starting to learn the new program. So please, keep this in mind as we make the transition. Please see post below this for registering instructions.

Staff, moderator+ can now re-send store commands meant for Owner+ only.

Buycraft will take approximately 2-5 minutes after purchase for you to receive your items. In some cases, it may take upwards of 25 minutes, depending on how busy the server is.

Tips:

• Be logged in-game. Buycraft ensures that you are logged in before it sends it commands. So if you purchase something at work, come home, and log in, your items will be delivered once you logged in again. It's better to just be in game waiting on them at the time of purchase.

• Make sure you have room in your inventory.

• Be patient.

• Verify your Buycraft account and link your character to your game profile

• Do not go AFK. Doing so makes buycraft think you are not on the server and it will hold your items until you re-log.
