This is 'Aqua' the dark bay pony being cheeky. From cheezles 'Ponies and Pegai' -2.
(I don't usually draw with coloured pencils that's why it looks so rough. i tried to layer reds, browns and black to create a dark bay colouring but... it didn't turn out that well.)
