2. You have been jailed for building an afk trainer/afk device.
3. Building a potential "afk device"
4. Not make potential "afk devices"- no walls, not "200+ blocks high", etc.

6. - First of all, this was not an afk device. It was not intended to or to be used as one. The purpose was to have a private place to train without dealing with mobs or other players. At the time I was on the track when I saw someone flying around- who was Jordy (BritishGru). I got off my horse and we started to talk- clearly not "afk or away from the keyboard." She sarcastically accused me of having a "nice afk device". As I tried to explain, she said it would still be a potential afk device.
- During my 1 on 1 conversation with Jordy about this, I asked the question of "what if I took down the walls?", not even 1-2 mins I was thrown into jail without a warning or answer. I wasn't even given the chance to destroy it or even explain myself. If I am being jailed for a "potential afk device" then couldn't /ft redroadend be considered one as well as you mostly go straight for a long period of time. I don't believe I should be thrown into jail for "suspicion" of having an afk trainer and I was very willing to take it down- but I never got the chance to.
- Apparently a discussion happened in those 1-2 mins, which I highly doubt, most likely without details. Even so, no other staff member physically saw the the track when I was there. Also, the convo happened in local. No other staff member was around to hear my side or witnessed anything. I believe the situation wasn't properly discussed.
- I wasn't given any warning, zero. I've seen many people who's behavior obviously wasn't going to improve (trolls, etc) go on for hours and hours before something was finally done yet I was jailed in again, less than 2 mins.
- After being put into jail, Jordy publicly announced and humiliated me in global chat and made another sarcastic threat saying "Izumi will be having friends joining her in jail soon." I don't believe that the decision was well thought out and was a bit reactionary. I do not wish to suffer and be jailed on belief of a poor and uninformed decision of ONE staff member.
I do really enjoy playing on the server.. I'm a pretty active player, coming on daily. I just think that the situation could have been handled differently.
Hi, Izumi, thanks for your appeal.
Just so you're aware, staff always discuss punishment together prior to taking action in every case. We were all made aware of the situation in order to make a fair decision.
It seems to us that your approach to appeal the situation seemed more like you were just critiquing the decision, rather than explaining why you think you should have another chance.
Due to this and a majority vote between staff, your appeal has been denied and you will have to do your blocks to be released from jail.
