Ban

I got recently banned for using Hacks to get out of jail in which i was put for hacks. Now i do have some questions about this whole situation. First of all i do actually want to apoligze that i did use Hacks to get out of jail but after you have read what i have to say you will hopefully understand why i did it and what kinds of fellings i had to even think about using hacks to get out of jail. I am already sorry that you will have to read this as it will be quite long of a text of course only if you will read it.First of all i have some questions about me being jailed in the first place. As i slowly found out that i not only was put into jail for being an alt account but apparently that i was also hacking. Now as i know that this account was only hacking when i tried to get out of jail i find it interisting how it then comes that i was apparently put into jail for this in the first place. I already have to apologize for me being so aggresive towards you but it is hard for me to get my thoughts clear right now and systemetically write you this ban apprently. I now that my Girlfriend (SMUnicorn) did use hacks and my account was from my point of standing jailed for being used as an alt from her, which i find to be weird since i put her homes which she could use with my account myself and also was right next to her logging in into minecraft and standing my character next to the afk farms. Now my account was jailed for being an alt of hers which i find to be weird. I did read that you are responsible for your account but since no rule breaking came from my account other than being an alt which is not true the question of to why my account was put into jail in the first place stands without any answer still. Because why would it be alting if it was my account i used for her on an server i was not really playing on and also why would i be jailed for being an alt account since i never was one in the first place? I do also think that she stated that in her ban appeal that the charge was misunderstood or something like that. Since she actually got me to try this server really for myself i wanted to join and saw that i was still jailed. I asked in a small talk about it and if something is to be done about this but no there was not because of the rule that everyone is responsible for his account. As i already stated above this rule would not count to me as nothing that would break the rule has put me into jail but more a misunderstanding. As i now started to mine the blocks i found it to be a harsh punishment for someone who just got onto the server to try it out and was caught in a misunderstanding. So i started to download a hack and make it a bit easier since i wanted to play already. It still was a grind since i had not finsihed until i got banned (around 1.4k left) and already was an hour into it starting from "only" 3,4k blocks left to break. So i think that saying that you would need 95minutes for the 5k blocks is a bit optimistic if you do not use a hack. I think it kinda becomes understandable why i did use a hack. Still it was a breaking of the rules and i do want to apologise for this. I did not intend to use it on the server for more then getting rid of this burden but i hope that you see why one like me would do such a thing. As i now had some time to think a bit and was filled with anger as i got permenantly banned from a server i only spend time on for the last hour to get myself out of a situation i should not have been in, i found that my "main" account which is my girlfriends has not been banned but as i got jailed for being her second account it should make sense i assume that she would have been banned too. Since it did not happen it kinda makes this hole situation weird and ridicoulus because than me being an alt makes no sense anymore. Please do not take this as an invitation to ban her now ,she did her service for the hacks she used and it would be pretty unfair to ban her because i did something to get my ass kicked. Now finally getting to an end of my assey i would like to apologize for me using hacks to get out of jail that was of course not the right way to do it but i think both parties kinda messed up here in this whole situation and this should come to a good ending. I would of course still like to try out your server and maybe even concentrate on building a big project on it. I think that somehow i kinda did already do my service as i have been sitting around in jail for quiet some time and "the fact" (i should say?) that the reason i got put into jail first is kinda flawed. I do hope you do not take my aggresivness personal. I tried to not let it slip to much as i do actually want to play on the server. I hope you understand my line of argumentation i would also be open to consider a talk over discord as i feel it does makes it easier to talk about such things.If anything is unclear or you are not sure what i was trying to explain, please do tell me.

I never came to enjoy playing on the server but i would try to not get filled with anger and do stupid things. Thinking about it i could have taken my time to explain myself but i am not actually sure if it would have been that easy as one of my main defenses comes from being banned. But well still. Just not doing this talking would have been propably faster.

Well i think that i never got the chance to play on your server really and that me getting banned was mostly a reaction out of anger and frustration. Also i would like to play with my Girlfriend and i do not really get her to play on any other server as she likes this one pretty much. Kinda problematic to get banned 😅.

I am just sorry for what i did. It was stupid. I was not to long on the server and already did something to break the rules. Yes i did thought and do still think that it is in no way fair to punish me for something that does not hold true in any way as i did not hack on my account nor did my girlfriend use my account without me being around, mostly sitting on her bed reading books) so it is of course hard to say if this is an alt account and yes you could say that this would be an alt account but for that the account would have been needed to be hers as i do think. Also in the rules this is not specified so it is kinda like a sneaky spot which would be needed to get covered (even though i think this is a very rare situation). Getting back to the apology as i feel i did not really say sorry for the things i really did do wrong. It was childish i should have brought it up to you and tried more to find the contact to discuss this situation. I see why i would need a punishment but i would love if you could give me mercy.
